Dr. Guerra provides individual therapy to adults 18+, both at his office located in Chapel Hill, NC, and via a HIPAA-compliant telepsychology (video) service. Dr. Guerra is authorized to provide telepsychology to persons residing in any of the 42 states that are participating in the Psychological Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).

Note that clients are responsible for full payment of appointment fees at the time of service. Clients are provided with documentation necessary to submit claims for insurance reimbursement. If you contact your insurance company, they should be able to provide you with details regarding reimbursement for therapy appointments provided by an 'out-of-network' psychologist (Dr. Guerra is considered an 'out-of-network' provider in the language of insurance policies).
